    Basic Information

    Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as computer science, HR, or business adminsitration. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract top technical talent in the IT industry. work on multiple jobs in Information Technology recruiting for a broad range of positions and a very wide spectrum of technologies including all cutting edge technologies. Build a network of technical professionals through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
    Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and experience. Conduct in-depth technical interviews to evaluate technical skills and abilities. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and develop relationships with passive candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job descriptions. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to identify emerging talent and market opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline recruitment processes and enhance overall candidate experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics. Working knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations. Strong in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook and Excel.
