    Business Systems Analyst.

    Basic Information

    Multiple Openings. Serve as a liaison between the business and the technical development team to identify and document risks, in-scope and out of scope items, and functional requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations. Analyze and interpret data. Collaborate with business in prioritizing the MVP features and then create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria and responsible for tracking and managing the Jira tickets. Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates. Assist Product Owner in prioritizing the user stories in product backlog, worked with the team in estimating the user stories and further breaking them into tasks. Lead cross-functional teams and working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.


    Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders. Identify business needs, determining, and carrying out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and results, adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Work with Scrum, SAFe, Business Process Analysis, Change Management, Impact Analysis, Risk Analysis, Cost- Benefit Analysis, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Outlook, MS Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata. 40 hrs/wk. Must have a Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of Master's) and 1 year experience (or 1 year experience as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or related occupation).

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to identify emerging talent and market opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline recruitment processes and enhance overall candidate experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics.Working knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations. Strong in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook and Excel.

    Must have 1 year experience analyzing and interpreting data. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time.
